Riyadh, Saudi Arabia Ground Handling Logistics Full time

. Follow-up with the Traffic Department to renew and issue vehicle forms for the company. 1. Follow up on new laws and regulations and inform the direct manager. 2. Ensure that all documents required to finalize transactions are available and that all information is available to him. 3. Exporting car licenses and driving licenses for the company's employees, and issuing and renewing licenses for the company's cars and equipment. 4. Referring to the government agencies necessary to issue work permits and visits to the company. 5. Assignment to carry out some administrative work, as may be required by work requirements and office management. 6. Supervising the reception of new employees and directing them to work sites. 7. Distributing work among housing coordinators and supervising their work in general. 8. Receiving requests for maintenance of the main building and the residences, and coordinating with the maintenance technicians to complete the remedial maintenance 9 10. Submitting weekly reports on everything related to the residences. 11. Raising employee complaints and claims and following up with the human resources departments. 12. Support and direct follow-up in the event of electricity failures and water cuts.

13. Preparing delivery reports, salaries, and advances, handing over housing custody. 14. Handing over and receiving vehicles. 15. Preparing a special record for each vehicle, recording its data, licensing dates, and periodic and therapeutic maintenance. 16. Follow-up on the "conscious" fuel supply system. 17. Preparing periodic maintenance programs for cars and ensuring adherence to them. 18. Supervise employee service and fulfill their requests for letters to third parties. 19. Answering employee inquiries regarding everything related to the nature of work and position. 20. Contacting third parties to provide offers to employees (hotels, restaurants, car agencies,...). 21. Accused and work to track down problems and solve them and work to contact the worker to inform him of receiving employee complaints and inquire about a response about his problem or inquiry. 22. Follow-up requests and delivery of uniforms for the company's employees and submit reports on them. 23. Any other work assigned to him by his direct supervisor within the scope of the job. 24. Carry out weekly and monthly field visits to project sites and ensure that the works are carried out in accordance with the approved policy for the projects.

**Salary**: ﷼6,000.00 - ﷼9,000.00 per month
