At The Careers Factory, we are seeking an experienced HR Operations Director to lead our HR operations team in fostering a positive culture and working in line with HR policies, procedures, best practices, and local labour laws to support the achievement of company goals and objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Foster Strong Relationships: Develop strong relationships with Senior Management, line managers, and employees at all levels by thoroughly understanding our culture, organizational hierarchy, and values.
  2. Resolve Performance Issues: Advise and coach managers on resolving employee performance and disciplinary issues (attendance, behaviour etc.) in accordance with company policy and Saudi labour law.
  3. Manage Performance Reviews: Manage the Performance Review process, ensuring all goals are updated in the HR system.
  4. Support Line Managers: Assist line managers in providing constructive feedback and evaluating recommendations for promotions and salary increases based on performance.
  5. Culture Development: Foster a team environment that promotes mutual respect, partnership, and open communication aligned with our values.
  6. Training Needs Identification: Collaborate with management to identify training needs based on individual development plans from performance reviews.
  7. Day-to-Day Administration: Accurately handle day-to-day administration, including issuing employment contracts, salary certificates, and maintaining employee files.
  8. Payroll and Benefits: Prepare monthly payroll instructions in conjunction with finance and audit departments. Ensure the accurate and timely calculation and payment of end-of-service benefits to departing employees.
  9. Employee Disciplinary Meetings: Oversee employee disciplinary meetings, terminations, investigations, and the daily workflow of the department.
  10. Talent Strategy: Partner with the leadership team to implement the organization's human resource and talent strategy, retention, and succession planning.
  11. Compensation and Benefits Analysis: Analyse trends in compensation and benefits, researching and proposing competitive base and incentive pay programs to attract and retain top talent.
  12. Learning and Development: Create and implement learning and development programs that provide internal growth opportunities for employees.
  13. HR Technology: Stay updated on trends, best practices, labour laws, regulatory changes, and new technologies in human resources and talent management. Manage and optimize the use of HR portals such as Muqeem, Mudad, GOSI, and Qiwa for various HR processes.
  14. HRIS System Implementation: Lead the end-to-end implementation of a new HRIS system (Jisr) and provide training to the HR operations team.
  15. Employee Engagement: Develop and implement employee engagement strategies to enhance workplace culture and employee satisfaction.
  16. Legal Matters: Act as a point of contact for legal matters related to HR operations.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in HR operations.
  • Full understanding of KSA labour law.
  • Fluency in English.
