JASARA PMC, a joint venture between Public Investment Fund (PIF), Jacobs, and Saudi Aramco, is seeking a HS&W Manager - Enabling & Traditional Works for its Social Infrastructure programs in Saudi Arabia. This individual will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of health, safety, and welfare (HS&W) is met for both enabling and traditional works to deliver on the promise of Vision 2030. **Responsibilities**:

- Develop, implement and maintain HS&W management systems, policies, procedures, and standards to ensure compliance with local regulatory requirements and JASARA requirements.
- Establish a safety culture, including implementing safety training, safety awareness, and safety inspections at all times and for all activities.
- Analyze safety statistics and identify trends and patterns, then develop and implement solutions to mitigate safety risks.
- Establish HS&W communication channels, including meetings, safety campaigns, and safety incentives.
- Manage HS&W-related budget and expenses, including reviewing safety-related capital expenditures and ensuring cost-efficient safety management.
- Oversee and coordinate safety-related incident investigations to ensure proper reports are completed and root causes identified, and corrective actions are implemented.
- Act as a liaison with Saudi Aramco's industrial hygiene team, site safety programs, and other safety-related entities.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in occupational safety, environmental health, or a related field.
- Minimum of ten years of relevant work experience in construction, civil, or industrial safety.
- In-depth knowledge of HS&W regulations and standards, including Saudi Aramco's safety management system (SMS) and current safety laws and regulations in Saudi Arabia.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively and persuasively with all levels of personnel, clients, and contractors.
- Demonstrated experience in establishing and leading HS&W initiatives and programs.
- Proven ability to manage risk and make decisions in line with company objectives.
- Flexibility to work outside of normal business hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, when required.
