Mom and Baby Category Marketing Senior Specialist

**Accountabilities**
- Develop solid understanding of Mom and baby category and guest’s drivers through research and trade visits in order to be able to send a message that fits both Nahdi and the target audience.
- Manage the execution of the CSS mom & baby concept that communicates the role of this CSS pillar within the department it belongs to by ensuring concept fits with the Nahdi brand essence, as well as update regularly the consumers’ expectations for each brand to come up with a winning plan to properly position Nahdi in the marketplace, improve the traffic to the omni-channel and improve the revenue.
- Develop, manage & execute an annual CSS marketing calendar across the respective Pillar with Commercial & operation departments through quarterly & monthly update in order to have a thematic communication campaign that will build Mom and baby categories with strong positioning to reach customers with engagement tools like digital, ambassadors’ program and sustainability.
- Develop Content Communication calendar for the respective categories with Category marketing team and promotion team that ties with our new brand equity house, strengthens ties with vendors and evolves the current activities beyond trade discounts into brand and loyalty building marketing campaigns.
- Build solid and long term relations with Key opinion leaders in the government and the commercial and operational teams of our key vendors in alignment with the commercial category managers. This will allow building preference to Nahdi and open a new channel of communication and knowledge sharing.
- Measure the performance,, study the impact of all CSS marketing activity, communication plans through constant reporting and updates of progress on a monthly basis using dashboards of which it will ensure business growth, brand equity and the achievement of the set KPIs
- Set the annual plans of the mom and baby Programs and the key objectives that match with the corporate strategy and CSS department objectives.
- Build annual communication plan for the mom and baby CSS programs and the different touch points
- Maximize the reach of the Mom and baby programs through omni-channel..
Employee duties are not limited only to the above-mentioned Accountabilities; he/she may perform other duties as assigned.

- Working Hours : 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM
**Job Requirement**
**Education
- Bachelor's Degree preferably in Business Management or Marketing
**Experience**
- 1-3 Years of Experience
**Computer Skills**
- MS Office Suite
- Awareness of MS Project
- Experience in Category Management
- Awareness of Digital Communication
**Language**
- English
- Arabic
