**About the Company**
PureBorn was launched in 2017 with an ambition to disrupt the Nappy Market. After months of research and development, Founder and CEO Hannah Curran launched Organic Bamboo Nappies that combined eco-friendly formulas, set at an affordable price point and provided trendy unique prints. Since then we have become a market leader in the organic nappies category with presence in 14 countries and in over 3,000 doors with plans to rapidly grow internationally.
We create a solution for parents in search of products that are safe and high quality, whilst caring for the environment. We do this by priding ourselves in only using the safest ingredients in formulating our products whilst aspiring to continue building a brand on pure transparency.
PureBorn currently offers Organic Bamboo Nappies, Pure Wipes, Pants and Children's Skincare with the plans to expand our product and country range further this year.
Our brand is a PETA Vegan and Cruelty-free certified organization and has secured the ECOCERT seal of approval. Pure Born proudly claims that no trees are harmed in the making of our Nappies and Wipes.

Middle East Account Manager
**Responsibilities**:
- Deliver Monthly & Quarterly Sales Forecasts: Prepare and present accurate sales forecasts for the Middle East region, aligning them with overall company objectives.
- Execute Marketing and Trade Strategies: Ensure successful implementation of marketing and trade strategies in different markets, maximizing brand exposure and sales.
- Align with Distributor Partners: Collaborate with Distributor counterparts to adapt and align with HQ Marketing & Trade Marketing strategies for effective execution.
- Track Sales Fundamentals: Monitor sales performance of key customers and channels in various markets, including e-commerce, baby chains, and key retailers.
- Co-create Annual Distributor Joint Business Plans: Collaborate with Market partners to develop annual Joint Business Plans and oversee their successful execution.
- Manage Budgets Effectively: Ensure efficient budget management by distributors in each market to optimize marketing and trade spending.
- Implement 3rd Party Execution Tracking Mechanisms: Establish mechanisms to track and evaluate the execution of 3rd party activities for continuous improvement.
- Participate in Annual Negotiations: Prepare and actively participate in annual negotiations with Distributors based on execution and budget management reports.
**Requirements**:
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years' experience as an Account Manager in a leading FMCG company, specializing in cosmetics, baby care, or home care products.
- Middle East Expertise: Must have experience working in the Middle East market, with a particular emphasis on KSA (Kingdom of Saudi Arabia).
- Language Skills: Fluent in English and ideally Arabic, enabling effective communication with stakeholders across the region.
- B2B2C Experience: Demonstrated expertise in working within a B2B2C environment, executing strategies through third-party partners like Distributors.
- Key Retailer Knowledge: Familiarity with working with key retailers in Gulf Countries or the home market, understanding their requirements and preferences.
- Strong Communication Skills: Effective verbal and written communication skills to engage with internal teams, Distributors, and key retailers.
- Technical Proficiency: Proficient in PC operations, Microsoft Excel, and PowerPoint to analyze data and create impactful reports and presentations.
