رصد وقياس وتحسين أداء الفئة المعينة لتحقيق مؤشرات الأداء الرئيسية المحددة (مثل المبيعات والربحية) مع إدارة العلاقة مع الموردين بطريقة فعالة.

توافق متعدد الوظائف:
- رصد توفر الرف وإعادة التعبئة مقابل المخزون المعطى من خلال التعاون مع فريق سلسلة التوريد المعني من أجل الحفاظ على مستوى المخزون والإبلاغ عن الفجوات.
- دعم فريق التسويق من خلال تحديد فرص لأنشطة التسويق الجديدة بناءً على ديناميات السوق والاحتياجات الخاصة للفئة من أجل تعظيم أداء الفئة بعد التوافق مع مدير الخط.
- المشاركة في التواصل مع المستهلك على مستوى الفئة / المنتج من خلال التعاون مع فريق التسويق والموردين لتعزيز تفاعل المتسوقين.
خطط الفئة:
- مراقبة أداء الفئة لضمان تحقيق خطط الفئة. وهذا يتضمن رصد أداء المبيعات ، وأداء المنطقة ومقاييس البيانات السوقية إذا توفرت.
- الحفاظ على القائمة المفضلة للفئة من خلال تحديد المنتجات ذات الصلة وفقًا للمعايير المحددة مسبقًا (مثل سعر البيع بالتجزئة، وقيمة العلامة التجارية الخ) من أجل إدارة ربحية مزيج المحفظة بعد الحصول على الموافقة المطلوبة من مدير الخط.
- مراقبة تنفيذ خطط الفئة على مستوى المتجر من خلال زيارات الميدان للتحقق من مستوى وجودة التنفيذ وإجراء بحوث حول تجربة واحتياجات العملاء النهائيين.
العمليات:
- المشاركة في دورات الترويج ، وجمع عروض الترويج من الموردين ، ومراجعة مشروع الترويج لضمان التنفيذ السليم بعد موافقة مدير الخط.
إدارة الموردين:
- أداء أنشطة إدارة الموردين للفئة المعينة من خلال رصد الأداء الحالي (مستوى الخدمة والجودة) ، وتحديد الفجوات ، واتخاذ التدابير التصحيحية وتوصية بالتحسينات ، والتوافق على الأنشطة التسويقية من أجل بناء علاقات موردين قوية وتحقيق أهداف الاستراتيجية التجارية.
خطة المحفظة:
- إدخال عناصر جديدة للمحفظة لسد الفجوات المحتملة وتعزيز رضا المتسوقين ، وملء نموذج إنشاء العنصر الجديد والحصول على الموافقات المطلوبة من مدير الخط ، وتحليل العناصر الجديدة واقتراح فرص التوسع المحتملة.
- تحسين خطة المحفظة للفئة المعينة من خلال تنسيق وتحديث دورة حياة المنتجات المختلفة ضمن الفئة (الإدخال ، وإزالة القائمة إلخ) من أجل تحقيق أهداف الأعمال بعد الحصول على الموافقة المطلوبة من مدير الخط.
أنشطة المتاجر:
- تنفيذ أنشطة التجزئة من خلال تصميم الأنشطة والاتفاق عليها مع الموردين ، والتفاوض المشترك على رسوم الاستئجار مع فريق الشراء ، واختيار مواد نقاط البيع (POS) والتواصل مع أصحاب المصلحة ذوي الصلة من أجل التنفيذ السليم وفي الوقت المناسب.
وظائف الموظف ليست مقتصرة فقط على المسؤوليات المذكورة أعلاه ؛ يمكنه/يمكنها أداء واجبات أخرى حسب التكليف.
