- Strong knowledge of document control procedures, particularly in the construction or real estate sector.
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills, with a keen attention to detail.
- Proficient in document management software and MS Office Suite.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to mentor and develop team members for effective performance.
- Experience in managing large-scale projects is highly desirable.
