**We are searching for a bilingual Economist with a strong background in proposal writing, bidding, and turnkey project management to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.**

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct economic research and analyze market trends to identify and evaluate potential business opportunities in Saudi Arabia.
- Develop and write compelling proposals and bids for tenders and projects, ensuring all technical and commercial requirements are met.
- Manage the proposal writing process from start to finish, including coordinating with internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Oversee the development and execution of turnkey projects, ensuring successful completion within budget and timeline constraints.
- Prepare and deliver clear and concise economic reports and presentations for internal and external audiences.
- Stay up-to-date on economic developments in Saudi Arabia and the broader region.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Economics, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience working as an Economist in a similar role.
- Fluency in both Arabic and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven experience in proposal writing, bidding, and project management.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Experience working in Saudi Arabia or the Middle East a plus.
