**Segment Sales Manager, Al-Khobar**:

**Your role and responsibilities**:
Tracking opportunities, managing customer relationships, and analyzing market information. Gather, structure and monitor customer profile, customize ranking, market demand, business potential through continuous customer visits and guarantee a leading and building long term relationships with key customers at all levels. Collecting inquiries/quotations from clients/sub-contractors to study/evaluate them. Analyzing customer specifications and coordinating with design and proposals teams to deliver suitable offers. Assisting in the preparation and optimization of the technical and commercial proposals. Prepare, analyze and ensure the overall sales budget and market share. Develop, implement and monitor sales strategies in order to meet sales objectives. Discussions/Negotiations with the clients. Seeking out and establishing contact with previously unexplored Contractors, EPCs inside/outside KSA market. Transferring market information to all groups within the systems division and maintaining internal coordination with other departments. Reporting project statuses, market info and updating Sales databases. Ensure the achievement of the assigned targets. Organize marketing activities: Seminars, Promotions, Exhibitions, and Brochures etcPrepare pre-qualifications for ABB Systems. Comply with ABB policies, guidelines & instructions.

**Qualifications for the role**:

- Ideally you'll hold a Bachelor's Degree in Electronics & Instrumentation or Electrical Engineering
- with Proven Sales track record of >10yrs in Industrial Automation Sector of which more than 8 years in Energy Industries i.e Oil, Gas, Petrochemicals, Power Generation and Water sector in Saudi Arabia, preferably Distributed Control Systems ( DCS ).
- with appropriate trainings & experience for Electrical Power Products & system tendering.
- Technically competent and have an exposure to Oil, Gas, Petrochmcial, Power & Water Business.
- Good communication, leadership, initiative and negotiation skills.
- Critical thinking and analytical skills.
- Must be precise, organized, flexible & autonomous
- Fluent in English and Arabic (Read, Write & Communicate).
