A leading international construction company based in Medina, Saudi Arabia, specializing in delivering high-quality construction projects across various sectors. With a commitment to excellence, safety, and compliance, are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Compliance Manager with extensive consulting experience and a background in quality management within the construction industry. The Compliance Manager will be responsible for ensuring that all construction projects comply with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards. This individual will play a critical role in safeguarding the company's reputation and maintaining a high level of quality in our projects.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Compliance Oversight**: Monitor and assess the company's compliance with local and international laws, regulations, and standards relevant to the construction industry in Saudi Arabia. Implement effective compliance programs and strategies to mitigate risks and ensure adherence to legal requirements.
- **Quality Management**: Develop and oversee the implementation of quality management systems for construction projects. Establish quality control procedures and guidelines to ensure all projects meet the highest standards.
- **Consulting Expertise**: Utilize consulting skills and industry knowledge to advise project teams on compliance and quality management matters. Provide expert guidance on complex regulatory issues and recommend appropriate courses of action.
- **Risk Assessment**: Conduct regular risk assessments to identify potential compliance and quality management issues. Develop risk mitigation plans and collaborate with project stakeholders to address and resolve these challenges effectively.
- **Internal Training**: Organize training sessions and workshops to enhance the understanding of compliance and quality management principles among project teams and employees.
- **Documentation and Reporting**: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of compliance activities, including audits, inspections, and corrective actions. Prepare comprehensive reports for senior management and regulatory authorities when necessary.
- **Relationship Building**: Build strong working relationships with government authorities, regulatory bodies, and other relevant stakeholders. Act as the primary point of contact for compliance-related inquiries and communications.
- **Continuous Improvement**: Continuously monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of the company's compliance and quality management systems. Implement improvements and best practices to enhance overall performance.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience (at least [5] years) as a Compliance Manager or similar role in the construction industry, preferably in Saudi Arabia.
- Extensive knowledge of Saudi Arabian construction laws, regulations, and standards.
- Strong background in quality management and quality control processes within construction projects.
- Previous experience in a consulting capacity, providing compliance and quality management guidance to project teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and negotiate effectively with stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to assess risks, think critically, and implement practical solutions.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and precision in all compliance-related activities.
- Proficiency in English and Arabic languages.
- Relevant certifications in compliance, quality management, or related fields will be an advantage.
