Overview & Responsibilities

We are looking for a dedicated HR Generalist (Saudi National) to join our team in Dammam, Saudi Arabia.

Collaborating with the Regional HR Manager EMA and recruitment team, this position is instrumental in developing and implementing local employee policies, ensuring work visa and relocation processes, and supporting new employee onboarding.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with the Regional HR Manager EMA and recruitment team to develop, implement, and administer employee policies.
- Process work visas and handle relocation procedures for new hires.
- Assist in onboarding new employees, ensuring a smooth transition.
- Offer high-quality advice and service to the management team on daily employee relations and performance management matters.
- Identify opportunities to enhance policies and procedures in areas such as Benefits, Employee Relations, Onboarding, Talent Management, Retention, Performance Management, and Learning & Development.
- Support the HR Manager in health insurance and other insurance renewals.
- Maintain a system to track employees' time off while ensuring compliance with company policies.
- Stay informed about national and provincial HR requirements to ensure company compliance.
- Conduct background checks and education verifications as needed.

Position Qualifications:

- Hold a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Possess a minimum of 5+ years of general HR experience in Saudi Arabia.
- Demonstrate expertise in navigating the work authorization and visa administration process.
- Past experience of working with Workday HR platform is preferable.
- Familiarity with national and provincial employment laws and regulations.
- Proficient in HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Exhibit the ability to exercise discretion and handle highly sensitive information.
- Preferably, have previous experience working in a highly technical organization.
- Self-motivated and proactive when managing assigned projects.
- Show a passion for learning and a commitment to growing with the company.

Base Location:
Dammam, Saudi Arabia

Work Schedule:
Full Time, On-Site / Hybrid (As per company local policy)
