**Receptionist will be responsible for**:
Reception Telephone - answering machine
- Mail Distribution
- Weekly courier -scheduled every Tuesday, going to Dubai Arenco office.
- Faxes management
- Notifying employees when large parcels/ business cards are delivered
- Office location maps for distribution as and when requested.
- Letterhead
- Loading dock permits (Mobies System)
- AUH
- Al Bayan water:
- Choithram Supermarket
- Shura trading (Illy coffee)
- Al Gurg Stationeries
- Uno Stationery
- Euro Coffee
- Bill payments - for Office consumables
- Business cards
- Office access cards - Print the acknowledgement receipt and give to the employee/contractor to sign it.
- Building access cards
- Office pantry supplies
- Checking the daily reception checklist task
- Visitor log sheet
- Daily reception checklist
- Monthly reconciliation report
- not yet discussed as I don’t have the HR list and MOL list
- Walkthrough report
- to be done every 1st and 15th of the month
- Security patrolling to be done every 1st and 15th of the month.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 6 months
**Salary**: Up to ﷼7,500.00 per month

- Al Khobar: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
