As Project Controller -Finance, you will be responsible for providing financial planning, analysis and reporting for business. You will understand concepts, methods, procedures and approaches and have deep understanding of business.

As a Project Controller -Finance, you will be responsible for:

- Managing business cycle 3 year-plan, budget, defining KPIs to measure the performance in all areas of the organization.
- Analyzing the performance and proposing action plans to improve profitability and cash generation as well as corrective action plans as needed.
- Detecting signals flaws in approaches, methods, procedures and processes and suggesting improvements.
- Handling communication with direct colleagues and the business about data gathering and analysis.

**Fuel your passion**

To be successful in this role you will:

- Have BSc from an accredited university or college with a good experience in Finance
- Have minimum 8 years overall experience with 3 years in reporting
- Have knowledge of ERP systems.
- Be a good team player and display good communication skills with fluency in English and Italian
- Be proficient in MS Office with a focus on Excel
- Be a motivated self-starter, proactively taking initiative to lead and solve problems through collaboration
