MAIN PURPOSE

The role of the E-Commerce Executive will be supporting the growth and development of local e-commerce and Maison’s digital proposition in KSA.

E-commerce operations across Saudi Arabia.

CONTEXT
Reporting directly to the Head of E-Commerce, he/she will effectively be taking ownership of daily operations, merchandising, monitoring and supporting on the overall commercial strategy with the internal & external teams.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. As an eCommerce executive you will be responsible of operational & technical activities across our online store
2. Maximise the performance and maintain the brand image in eCommerce Operations shifting the brand to an omnichannel environment
3. Support in the planning & execution of strong strategic initiatives including marketing initiatives to increase brand sell out in Saudi Arabia.
- THE E-COMMERCE EXECUTIVE IS RESPONSIBLE FOR- Support the management the E-commerce website and work closely with internal teams across Operations, Merchandising, Marketing and Customer Service to ensure that it aligns with the latest product launches and sales targets.
- Manage day-to day ecommerce operations & reporting
- Work with different parties to ensure a smooth process of order fulfilment, packaging, and delivery
- Focus on operational excellence (logistic, customer services, IT, finance, etc) by collaborating with related partners and improving processes
- Coordinate the Client Relations Centre (CRC), monitoring performance and monthly reporting and ensuring availability of support
- Manage online product assortment planning, stock, pricing, merchandising and campaign calendar to deliver an excellent customer experience working closely with marketing team
- Work with merchandising team on stock forecast
- Content development & management including localisation of homepage & landing pages liaising with the online flagship & marketing teams (HQ and local markets)
- Collaborate with digital team to define annual E-commerce launch plan and strategies
- Support the Head of E-Commerce in delivering online sales growth through maximising traffic, conversions and ROI via Key activations and promotions rate by working with communication team
- Monitor site analytics and provide monthly / weekly sales & performance reports to improve performance and drive all online activity decision-making for the website
- Roll-out both global and local E-commerce initiatives and conduct UAT liaising with 3rd party development agencies
- Monitor competitor activity, identifying trading opportunities where a market can maximise on sales

- Required experience:
- 3+ years of experience in E-Commerce ideally with a proven success experience in building e-Commerce business via various channels such as DTC, phone sales is a plus.
- Experience in using relevant tools will be a plus (Salesforce Commerce Cloud, Google Analytics, GTM, GMB, Data Studio, JIRA, Microsoft Excel) - Paid digital advertising experience is a plus
Technical skills / abilities:

- Digital savvy and can think out of the box. - Strong leadership & communication skills - Ability to work and grow in a complex and multicultural environment - Analytical mind, to be able to increase E-Commerce sales by proposing a strong strategy Strong passion for web, mobile, technologies to create an exceptional customer experience - Strong business sense, and at the same time, good technical sensibility and understanding - Solid project management skills- Capacity of planning, monitoring and reaching goals
- Very good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel & PowerPoint)
- Direct experience in web development or knowledge of any programming languages would be a plus
- Knowledge of the luxury industry would be a plus
- Language skills- Excellent knowledge of English (written and spoken)
- Fluency in Arabic required
- French is an advantage
- Personal skills- Presentable & client oriented
