To develop and implement remuneration and benefit plans, processes and policies, contributing to Ma'aden's Employee Value Proposition and aligned to Ma'aden's Rewards Strategy

Assist to co-design and shape the basic and variable pay remuneration structures in support of the Ma'aden Rewards Philosophy and Strategy within the KSA business

Assist with submission and analysis of salary and benefits survey data, benchmarking of benefits, contingency reward, statutory and non-statutory allowance practices and benefits

Assist to design and responsible for the execution of standard and shared remuneration and benefit interventions

Responsible for ensuring that remuneration related statutory compliance requirements are adhered to and that group-wide statutory reports are drafted and approved as per the group-wide timeline. If necessary then, obtain advice from tax and/or legal experts (e.g. for expats) to ensure that all statutory requirements are complied with

Assist with the development of submissions to the Ma'aden Remuneration Committee and actioning of decisions taken at this forum

Provide customised solutions to Line Managers to solve BU or department-specific problems including market related remuneration information, policy guidance and sharing, identifying industry specific trends and communicate accordingly, integration of remuneration processes with other HR related processes, incentive calculations and designs, recognition scheme designs and administration

Assist to develop, as required, new policies (e.g. sign-on or retention payments)

Assist to design and responsible for governance relating to the implementation of all remuneration, recognition and benefit related interventions and structures

Assist to design and validate communications aimed at generating a thorough understanding of the benefits package within the BU/Function

Provide a centralized reward and benefits function in a diverse Mining company

Assist to provide standardized remuneration policies, processes and practices that meet the requirements of the varied business Affiliates

Consistently deliver on all service level agreements

Deliver quality, cost effective service and support on time

Monitor the effectiveness of the remuneration policies based on changing market conditions, and recommend response to any changes

Review the cost of the relevant BU/Affiliate payroll and report to the Manager: Compensation & Benefits when there are unexpected variances

Assist to manage the implementation of the annual increase and bonus processes whilst ensuring that the allowed amounts allocated do not exceed the amount approved by the Remuneration Committee

Accept and implement advice in order to improve business performance

Share and embed rewards expertise within the areas of focus

Operate in a dynamic environment which is constantly changing with evolving remuneration offerings that meet the requirements of a changing company, industry and market place

Assist to ensure Ma'aden abides to the numerous regulatory and governance frameworks and company by-laws

Contribute to the formulation and alignment of group/business unit rewards strategies/practices

Assist to develop mobility policies and calculate assignment remuneration packages
