**2. OVERALL JOB PURPOSE**:
**Design and implement behaviour based safety (BBS) programs to address safety culture barriers with effective solutions for changing safety culture and securing a positive safety behaviour change**

**3. QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE & SKILLS**:

- **Perform gap analysis and review of current cultural and behavioural initiatives used throughout Ma’aden**:

- **Design and implement promotions that have a visual/emotional impact, like advertising safety change initiatives, frequent (mandatory) workplace safety dialogues/discussions**:

- **Survey and map operations and procedures in order to design the appropriate BBS programs**:

- **Analyse and define high risks in jobs (describing work behaviours leading to injuries)**:

- **Design and execute communication and change management plans**:

- **Implement and track measures to monitor impact of BBS interventions and optimise as required**:

- **Monitor, record safety performance and report to Management and other key stakeholders**:
