**Job Title **:Manager, Organizational Effectiveness

**Job Purpose**:
The Job holder is responsible to lead a team of Organizational Effectiveness (OE) that serve as key business partners, influencing effective people practices across Maaden functions. This role leads broad organizational impact by influencing and delivering key HR processes and programs including Ma’aden’s people strategy, workforce planning, succession planning, engagement survey analysis and action planning, year-end compensation planning, organization and team development, employee, leadership development. and improve overall organizational effectiveness and establish an attractive EVP for Ma’aden.

**Key Accountabilities**:

- Plan and identify the preferred Ma’aden Organization in terms of systems, processes and behaviours by involving relevant stakeholders.
- Establishes and sustains, proactive, strategic consultative relationships as a trusted advisor to the most senior levels of leadership on organization-related issues. Provides coaching and leadership development for businesses to enable sustainable organization performance and culture alignment with business strategy.
- Design a framework and do external and internal benchmark on critical and important matters/topics.
- Develop different tools and techniques to measure organizational health and effectiveness including employee engagement surveys, processes and systems assessment. Effectively manage consultants and third parties if used in the process.
- Plan relevant interventions and implement changes to create the desired culture, business process improvement, optimization of systems etc. to improve organizational effectiveness. Develop change management strategies with the relevant stakeholders/ project team when major changes takes place on departmental, SBU/Corporate or Organizational level.

**Minimum Qualifications, Experience and Competencies**:
**Minimum Qualifications**:
Bachelor’s degree in Social science or organizational psychology or related field

SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) or Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) credential, preferred.

**Minimum Experience**:
Minimum of 10 years’ experience in Human Resources with 6 years in Organizational Effectiveness specifically in broad Organization Development & Effectiveness, Change Management consisting of a combination of leadership, management, and individual contributor.
