**The project**:
This is an opportunity to work on a large new build airport, that will set a global benchmark for aviation experience and aims to attract 120 million passengers by 2030 in Saudi Arabia.

**Job Summary**:
Leads the development of strategic delivery plans, influences strategy implementation whilst establishing and managing key stakeholder relationships and influencing the management of resources. Ensures the achievement of company objectives in accordance with stakeholder requirements, aligned to compliance and regulatory frameworks, ensuring effective commercial business practices and tangible operational productivity and improvement/s.
Where appropriate, responsible for all internal and external objectives for an appointment of from circa £6m in Mace Fee.

**You’ll be responsible for**:

- Manages client, external consultants, contractors and own team.
- Responsible for meeting the client’s expectations.
- Providing the client with robust strategic advice on all aspects of the complex airport baggage handling systems and all of the related installations to enable informed decision making.
- Identifying, coaching and mentoring talent across the whole KSIA team.
- Co-ordination of complex airport baggage handling systems and related installations design and procurement activity with commercial, procurement, technical, programme controls and scheduling teams to ensure an integrated solution.
- Leads teams of professionals providing reporting and performance management services on large projects or technical specialist recognised as an expert in their own area of expertise.

**You’ll need to have**:

- Engineering degree partnered with at least 15 years’ experience airport baggage handling systems.
- To have taken full responsibility for the whole project lifecycle from design and award through to completion.
- Strong relationships with key airport baggage handling systems and related installations designers and globally recognised system providers and integrators.
- In addition to mandatory training courses;
- Achieved Membership / Fellow / Certified Fellow status with one or more professional institutions.
