Electrical / IT Sales Manager

**Responsibilities**
- **Identifying Prospects**: Research and identify potential customers in the electrical industry.
- **Sales Planning**: Develop strategies and plans for achieving sales targets and expanding market share.
- **Customer Engagement**: Build and maintain relationships with existing and potential clients through regular communication and visits.
- **Product Knowledge**: Have a deep understanding of the electrical products and solutions offered by the company.
- **Technical Support**: Provide technical support to customers, including assisting with product selection, troubleshooting, and resolving issues.
- **Quoting and Pricing**: Prepare and present price quotations and proposals to customers.
- **Negotiation**: Negotiate terms and conditions of sales agreements, including pricing, delivery, and payment terms.
- **Order Processing**: Process sales orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring timely delivery of products.
- **Market Analysis**: Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify growth opportunities.
- **Sales Reporting**: Prepare regular sales reports, including forecasts, pipeline updates, and performance against targets.
- **Customer Feedback**: Gather feedback from customers to understand their needs and preferences, and relay this information to the product development and marketing teams.
- **Training and Support**: Provide training and support to customers on the use and installation of electrical products.
- **Attend Trade Shows and Events**: Represent the company at trade shows, conferences, and other industry events to promote products and services.
- **Documentation**: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and other relevant information.
- **Compliance**: Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and legal requirements in all sales activities.

**Qualifications**
- **Education**: A bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, sales engineering, business administration, or a related field.
- **Technical** **Knowledge**: Strong understanding of electrical engineering principles, products, and solutions, including components such as switches, relays, cctv, audio, video, automation and circuit breakers.
