Our Client:
Our client is one of the fastest growing eCommerce companies in the Middle East, Turkey and CEE and are now on a mission to build the next-generation e-commerce house of brands. They build success stories with brands by acquiring and scaling high performing e-commerce businesses that operate on marketplaces, own websites and social platforms.

Our client is looking for a highly motivated, hands-on, entrepreneurial Brand Manager based in Saudi to be part of our clients Brand Management team.

Your Responsibilities:

- P&L Ownership: Set and measure performance against brand-level sales and margin targets and provide regular monitoring of brand financials
- Sales Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive strategy to guide channel managers in driving sales across marketplaces, owned websites and other offline channels
- Product strategy: Research, source and launch new products to expand product lines/categories of our clients brands.
- Develop go to market strategy for new product launches to fuel growth for brands
- Customer strategy: Understand the existing and potential customer groups and drive with the marketing team the acqusition and retention of customers
- Vendor management: Partner with the sourcing team in managing brand-level vendors, including identifying and selecting vendors, developing relationships, managing costs, MOQ’s and lead times, defining KPIs, and monitoring performance
- Brand integration & go-to-market strategy: Partner with internal acquisition teams and sellers to carry out commercial due diligence, lead the effort to understand core competencies of newly acquired brands, lead and facilitate the integration and transition effort, and develop a go-to-market strategy
- Inventory management: Coordinate with the planning, sourcing and supply chain teams, coordinate and ensure products are always in stock with optimal coverage by channel, are high quality, have updated packaging, and have all appropriate required certifications

Your Qualifications:

- 5+ years of experience in product management, preferably at a startup or other fast-paced environment.
- 2+ years of e-commerce experience, preferably working within DTC and marketplaces ecosystems
- Experience in the Saudi market, UAE market a plus
- Fluency in English and Arabic are preffered
- A highly entrepreneurial and analytical self-starter who can manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Sound time-management and organizational skills; excellent communication, problem solving and conflict resolution skills with the ability to make quick judgement calls under pressure
- Desire to work in a high-growth start-up environment.
- Ability to work in a fast-changing environment and deliver results consistently Prior retail experience in fragrance, baby and multi-categories is a requirement for this role
