**Job Title**:Senior Project/Programme Manager - Digital Solutions**

**About Us**:

We are currently recruiting for a Senior Project /Programme Manager for Digital Solutions to contribute to Saudi Arabia's Public Investment Fund's Sovereign Fund Culture and Tourism Destination Giga-Project.

**Key Responsibilities**:
1. **Project & Programme Leadership**: Provide strategic leadership in the planning, execution, and delivery of digital solutions projects and programmes within the Giga-Project.

2. **Stakeholder Engagement**: Collaborate with a diverse range of stakeholders, both internal and external, to define project objectives, scope, and requirements.

3. **Resource Management**: Allocate resources, including personnel, budgets, and timelines, to ensure the successful execution of digital projects.

4. **Strategic Planning**: Develop comprehensive project and programme strategies, roadmaps, and execution plans.

5. **Risk Management**: Identify potential risks and challenges and develop mitigation plans to ensure project success.

6. **Quality Assurance**: Ensure that all digital solutions meet the highest standards of quality, performance, and security.

7. **Progress Monitoring**: Oversee and monitor project and programme progress, providing regular reports and updates to senior management and stakeholders.

8. **Budget Management**: Manage and control project budgets, ensuring effective resource allocation.

9. **Team Leadership**: Lead and mentor project teams, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence.

10. **Best Practices**: Promote and implement industry best practices and standards in digital project management.

**Qualifications**:
1. **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Computer Science, Business, or a related field. PMP, PRINCE2, or similar certifications are preferred.

2. **Experience**: A minimum of 8-10 years of experience in project and programme management, with a strong track record of delivering digital solutions.

3. **Leadership**: Exceptional leadership skills with a proven ability to lead cross-functional teams to successful project completion.

4. **Analytical Skills**: Strong problem-solving and analytical capabilities.

5. **Communication**: Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

6. **Result-Oriented**: Proactive and results-driven approach to project and programme management.

7. **Languages**: Proficiency in Arabic and English.
