**Job Purpose**:
Maintaining and increasing sales of your company's products. Reaching the targets and goals set for your area. Establishing, maintaining and expanding your customer base. Servicing the needs of your existing customers.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Identify new business leads and opportunities for the Company for recreation facility.
- Monitor and support the development and implementation of master plans associated with sport and active recreation facilities.
- Identify and support innovative approaches to facility management and operations that support sport and recreation programming and participation with stakeholders such as the Council Property Officer, Council Parks & Open Spaces Team, Committees of Management, Sporting Clubs, and other management entities.
- Promoting the organization and products.
- Managing and retaining relationships with existing/new clients
- Following up new business opportunities and setting up meetings with potential clients
- Having an in-depth knowledge of business products and value proposition
- Maintain the relationship with the exciting key clients in weekly bases
- Working in registering the company as a sport contractor with other contractors.
- Build new relationships with consultants to specify our products in the future projects.
- Developing quotes and proposals for clients
- Follow up the quotations, POs and progress of the projects to ensure the clients' satisfaction.
- Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support
- Follow up the sport projects leads.
- Keep up-to-date with industry news and projects
- Represent the company in negotiating contracts and formulating policies with suppliers.
- Actively and successfully manage the sales process: lead generation; credentials pitch; asking questions; solution pitch; negotiation; close; handover to the account management team.
- Identifying and mapping business strengths and customer needs
- Researching business opportunities and viable income streams
- Following industry trends locally and internationally
- Finding and developing new markets and improving sales
- Attending conferences, meetings, and industry events
- Attend a minimum of 4 meetings with potential new clients per week
- Immediately inform the General Manager, when a viable new business opportunity has been identified
- Attend a weekly review meeting with the General Manager to review the KPIs. This meeting will take place every Thursday morning unless otherwise agreed with the General Manager.
- Other duties as assigned.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Strong creative and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Must have knowledge of the same or related field
- Must have 10-15 years of experience in the same field.
- Preferable for someone to have an idea about the sports project and activities as following: Soccer Field/Tennis Court/Running Track/ Padel Court/Vinyl Floor/Wooden Floor/EPDM Floor and all types of sports flooring Installer.
- Must have familiar with all types of Equipment/tools like heavy grinding/sanding/spaying/Squeezy/paint roller/Brick Towel/Margin Tower/Gauging Tower/Matel Float/Aluminum Channel, SBR & EPDM Mixing Machine,
- Must have knowledge use of the following materials according to the square meter,
- PU Primer, PU Self-Leveling, Binder, Acrylic cushion, Acrylic Paint, EPDM, SBR Rubber, Silica Sand and all other sports following use materials.
- Must have knowledge of measuring tape for all types of calculation.
- PU Primer, PU Self-Leveling, Binder, Acrylic cushion, Acrylic Paint.
- Must be experienced in the installation of gym rubber mate
- Must be experienced in the installation of vinyl flooring including welding of vinyl
- Must be experienced in Artificial Grass installation
- Must be experienced in Running Track Installation
- Must be experienced in Tennis court installation
- Must have knowledge of installation of sports equipment like Basketball, Volleyball, Tennis Court, Padel Court, Soccer Goal, Handball, and bleachers.
