**Keyskills**
**Bachelor’s degree in business/commerce, marketing, accounting, or a related discipline, from a recognized University. MBA will be an added advantage. Excellent verbal & written communication skills, good selling & negotiation skills. Experience in Managing Customer relationship. Drive proactive lead generation techniques. Technical knowledge & MS - Office skills. Fair understanding of how the SMEs operate.
- Identify, Generate Leads, Convert them to Sales and maintain relationship with customers and generate further references and make customers fan of Tally. establish tally as preferred recommended product with them. Ensure delightful customer experience. Knowledge transfer and Implementation of solution. Plan lead generation activities/events for customers and generate further business from them. Ensure complete understanding of customer profile. Publish work related updates to all the stake holders. Achievement of 100% Targets defined by organization. Keep track and information about competitors and their activities in the market. Knowledge about the market trends and market dynamics in the operating segment.
