**Job description**:
**Responsibilities**:
Sales and Business Development, Product and Industry Expertise, Integrated Solutions Consulting, Technical Consultation, Proposal Development and Contract Negotiation, Market Research and Compliance and Team Collaboration.

Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets for ELV, CCTV, Access Control, IT Security, and IT infrastructure solutions.

Identify and cultivate relationships with key decision-makers within target organizations.

Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of ELV systems, CCTV technologies, Access Control solutions, IT Security products and IT Infrastructure components.

Collaborate with clients to understand their comprehensive security and IT infrastructure needs.

Purpose integrated solutions that encompass ELV, CCTV, Access Control, and IT infrastructure components.

Prepare detailed proposals and quotes for integrated solutions.

Negotiate contracts and terms, ensuring alignment with both client expectations and company objectives.

Stay updated on industry trends, regulatory requirements, and advancements in technology.

Collaborate with internal technical teams for seamless project handovers and successful implementation.

Provide ongoing feedback to improve products and service offerings.

**Qualification and Skills**:

- 4-6 Years of KSA Experience in B2B Sales of ELV products with construction contractors & consultants & in an IT integration.
- Proven track record in B2B sales, particularly in ELV, CCTV, Access Control, IT security, and IT infrastructure.
- Extensive knowledge of IT infrastructure components, including Structured Cabling, PABX, ETC.
- Familiarity with regulations and other relevant industry standards.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Engineering/bachelor’s degree in business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
- Driving License is mandatory.
- Ability to communicate in Arabic.

- نية التحتية لتكنولوجيا المعلومات.

تعاون مع العملاء لفهم احتياجاتهم الشاملة من الأمن والبنية التحتية لتكنولوجيا المعلومات.

الغرض من الحلول المتكاملة التي تشمل مكونات ELV وCCTV و access control والبنية التحتية لتكنولوجيا المعلومات.

إعداد المقترحات وعروض الأسعار التفصيلية للحلول المتكاملة.

التفاوض على العقود والشروط، وضمان التوافق مع توقعات العملاء وأهداف الشركة.

البقاء على اطلاع دائم باتجاهات الصناعة والمتطلبات التنظيمية والتقدم التكنولوجي.

التعاون مع الفرق الفنية الداخلية لتسليم المشروع بسلاسة والتنفيذ الناجح.

تقديم اقتراحات مستمرة لتحسين عروض المنتجات والخدمات.
