**Description**: Audit -Overseeing and directing work at client’s premises and liaising with clients at the highest level. -Producing audit reports for partner approval. -Ensuring the firm is compliant with risk management procedures. -Analyze problems, identify core issues, investigate, evaluate and integrate information. Management -Providing strong leadership and direction to designated team. -Mentoring and coaching of middle management team. -Providing feedback to employees on their performance against the objectives you set them. -Facilitating employee’s development to help them realize their full potential. -Keeping partners up to date with the progress of the team. -Monitors and upholds high quality of service and products to clients (internal and external). -Be an ambassador and champion of the firms values to all employees. Business Development & Client Management -Leading the business development activity within the designated clients. -Being the first choice point of contact throughout the year for your clients and managing project costs, raising fees and agreeing dates for cash collection. -Actively seeking new business opportunities with new and existing clients. -Reviewing and presenting key documents to clients. -Keeping up to date with the firm’s product and service offerings and identifying the sales opportunities that will help us grow our audit / tax / advisory work. -Build the firm reputation through quality of work, knowledge and experience. -Develop a strong network of clients, both existing and new from which the firm can develop strong revenue opportunities. -Ensure that all work is profitable and adds to the values of the firm.

**Required Experience**: - University Degree in Accounting, Economics or Mathematics related degree. - GPA of 2.5/4 or above. - 10 years experience in Audit. - Qualified SOCPA, CPA, ACCA or CA qualification - Ideally with a Post graduate qualification outside of the professional qualification. - Proven experience in strong development of new business.
