We are looking for a **Project Director** **with the following details:
**Location : Jubail, Saudi Arabia**

**Work Status : Resident, Single**

**QUALIFICATIONS**
- Proven working experience in project management of large and complex process projects ($200MUSD plus) - experience in O&G is preferred
- Minimum 15 years of experience
- Experience with Project Management Office (PMO)
- BS degree engineering or related field
- Fluent in English and competent verbal and written communication skills - arab8c language is a plus
- Leadership and human resources management skills
- Excellent time and project management skills
- Excellent financial acumen
- Based in the country where the project is developed, the Project Director is accountable for the global
- Development and execution of the project and its results in coordination with:

- the BD team during the development phase,
- the central teams in Dubai (legal, operations, HR, procurement, etc.),
- the Zone
- the BS&P
- During the full cycle of the project (development, execution, close out).

**The Project Director is accountable for the full management of the project cycle up to the handover to the O&M team. More precisely, the Project Director**:

- Leads all the project management activities and forster through the team all the good practices.
- Coordinates with BD the definition of the project scope and is accountable for its precise definition at all times.
- Leads and pilots the project strategy (e.g. EPC; packages, etc..), defining the proper risk assessment and mitigation plan.
- Defines the outsourcing strategy and project structuring.
- Defines and implements the best economic and execution solution adapted to the needs of all stakeholders.
- Defines and leads the project team assigned and coordinates project activities by scheduling, prioritizing and assigning tasks.
- Leads (in coordination with all stakeholders) all governance procedures for the project (including steering committee, project reporting,).
- Includes quality and HSE in the project development and execution plan.
- In charge of the project execution, constantly monitoring the performance and the implementation of
- corrective actions, if needed.
- Assures coordination with the O&M team and the other stakeholders, to integrate and implement, in all phases of the project, lessons learned and feedback.
