**To work closely with Sales team to deliver competitive proposals.**
- **The role is responsible for our bids to be designed to client specifications with full compliance, at a competitive rate.**
- **The role is expected to be highly skilled and experienced in designing ELV, AV, IT systems, Parking Management and Parking Guidance Systems and to be well-versed with all the regulatory requirements and standards such as but not limited to SAMA.**
- **The role is responsible for RFP study, raise RFIs, design a fully compliant solution, make proposals to fit client’s commercial and technical requirement, take part in technical presentations.**
- **Duties and responsibilities**
- **To ensure that bids are turned around on time and in a timely manner**
- **To ensure both KTC and KTC’s clients quality standards and specifications are being met.**
- **To ensure RFPs are properly evaluated, RFIs raised, technical queries clarified well before the submission of proposals.**
- **To ensure best products are proposed which will fully comply the specification.**
- **To ensure bids are fully compliant and are as competitive as possible.**
- **To ensure minimum gross profit margins are maintained.**
- **To ensure proper documentation is done and able to demonstrate solutions through block diagrams, schematics, Interface Control Documents and proper review of shop drawings is done.**
- **To perform detailed site surveys, coordinate with subcontractors, participate in pre and post bid meetings.**
- **To ensure finalized proposal, cost sheet and design information is handed over to the engineering team or projects team.**
**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract, New grad
Contract length: 24 months
**Salary**: ﷼5,000.00 - ﷼9,000.00 per month
