Contract Administrator

A trusted and well established client of ours in The Middle East is seeking an experienced Contract Administrator to join their successful and fast growing group of companies. The Contract Administrator will be responsible for maintaining contracts and agreements between Group of Companies and clients, short-term contracts and long-term contracts. The primary role of this position is to serve as the liaison between The Group and its Clients, to ensure that all contracts are executed in accordance with the company's policies and procedures, and resolve any issues or concerns related to contractual obligations.
**Duties and Responsibilities**:
1. Review and negotiate all contracts related to food & beverage, events and exhibitions.
2. Ensure that all contracts are executed in accordance with the company's policies and procedures, and meeting the clients requirements and specifications.
3. Work closely with vendors, business partners, and internal directors to ensure that all contractual obligations are met.
4. Identify and mitigate any potential risks associated with contractual agreements.
5. Provide guidance and support to internal team on matters related to contracts and agreements.
6. Develop and implement processes and procedures to streamline the contract management process.
7. Maintain accurate records and documentation related to all contractual agreements, especially the documentation related to IKTVA compliance.
8. Ensure that contracts are in compliance with IKTVA requirements and standards, and collaborate with other departments to promote and implement IKTVA initiatives.
9. Identify opportunities for cost savings or process improvements related to contract management.
10. Follow up payments and submitting invoices on time, based on schedule.
11. Attend IKTVA-related trainings and events to stay up-to-date on program requirements.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Law, or relevant major
- 3+ Years of Experience in Corporate Contracts Administration
- Experience in contract administration, preferably in the events and exhibitions industry, and an experience with Saudi Aramco contracts will be highly advantageous
