Senior Employee Experience Consultant

As a Senior Employee Experience Consultant you will be an Associate Director within our Talent Line of Business, and help power the ambition of our clients by advising them on their most significant business and talent challenges and will be responsible for supporting and managing project delivery teams to help client organizations enable business strategies and improve how they attract, retain and engage talent. You will support the development and execution of strategies and related deliverables that support large-scale organizational and talent program related efforts influencing our client’s talent strategy, company culture, the employee experience, inclusion and diversity, organization transformation, digital enablement). You will contribute to providing strategic guidance to client organizations, leadership and project delivery teams that help us retain existing business and identify and grow new business.
**Role Priorities**
To be effective in this role, you will need strong business acumen along with confidence to interact with key client contacts, manage teams build a trusted advisor status. Comfort navigating ambiguity and uncertainty, organized thinking and communication skills, and a willingness to engage in both strategic design and tactical implementation are also critical to success in this position.
- Develop and implement solutions including talent development, inclusion and diversity, culture, employee experience and employee value proposition
- Provide practical insights into how best to motivate and manage the workforce of today and plan for the workforce of tomorrow
- Manage projects and client expectations, and raise appropriate issues to Directors
- Contribute to new business development by drafting statements of work, project plans and budgets involving multiple workflow streams and client teams
- Partner with analyst and associate-level team members to review work, provide guidance and insight
- Contribute to the learning and development of team members through “on the job” feedback
**Requirements**:
- 5-7 years of experience in project management and sales/business development in a consulting environment
- Experience with talent development, building and executing on inclusive talent strategies, digital enablement
- Ability to draw on a combination of advanced analytics and leading-edge technology to deliver insights to clients
- A professional presence with polished and well-developed facilitation, written and oral communication skills in English, additional Arabic will be a plus
- Experience facilitating, coaching and mentoring teams specifically to drive consensus, brainstorm and/or to gather data for a project(s)
- Proven ability to recognize and diagnose issues, work in teams, and leverage the resources of other related practices to address client challenges
- Ability to draw conclusions from data in a logical, systematic way
- Understanding of agile principles and design thinking
- Availability to travel on an as-needed basis
- Bachelor’s degree (advanced degrees preferable) in Human Resources, Business, Psychology/Sociology, Industrial/Organizational Psychology or any other major with significant qualitative and quantitative course work
