**Department Operations**
- Coordinate appointments and meetings to manage department leader calendars and schedules.
- Arrange domestic and international travel, including flight, hotel, and car rental reservations.
- Answer incoming phone calls for department leaders.
- Support in organizing company events and conferences such as offsite meetings and events for department leaders.
- Order stationery and IT equipment for department leaders for smooth function and operations.
- Deal with correspondence, complaints, and queries.
- Prepare letters, presentations, and reports for department leaders.
- Process invoices and managing department budgets with department leader.
- Maintain procedures and office administrative systems.
- Support department leader with internal operations (vacation planning, prepare announcements, follow up with approvals etc).
