WHAT DOES THE ROLE INVOLVE?

1. Leadership skills to build a strong team and set up a direction.

WHAT YOU NEED IS:

- Mechanical / Electrical engineering background.
- Will be based in Eastern region.
- Korean language is a must.
- Effective English communication skills
- Has strong sales experience.
- Has project management skills
- PMP is a plus. - Self driven & result oriented.
- Excellent Excel skills required; experience with excel macros, Power-BI dashboards, or equiv.
- A well-developed ability to work with others at both a tactical and strategic level.
- Proven ability to influence high level stakeholders from varied functional groups.
- Solid understanding of the marketing management process

- An analytical, result-oriented, and pro-active mindset
- Consultancy experience, and construction experience is an advantage
