Assists in finding, abstracting, data entry, and cancer data analysis.

**Essential Responsibilities and Duties**:
1. Identifies all reportable cases for inclusion in the Tumor Registry.

2. Assists in accessioning, abstracts, and entering data of identified cases into the registry database following accepted guidelines for an approved cancer program set forth by the American College of Surgeons Commission on Cancer.

3. Provides data research assistance to Tumor Registrar for special studies, statistical reports, and Tumor Registry Annual Reports.

4. Assists the Tumor Registrar in quality control activities.

5. Serves as an information resource for other department employees, assembling appropriate reference reports to help them perform their work more effectively.

**Education**:
Bachelor’s Degree in Health Science, or other related discipline is required.

**Experience Required**:
Two (2) years of related experience is required.

**Other Requirements(Certificates)**:

- Saudi National only.
- Certified Tumor Registrar (CTR) and/or Accredited Records Technician (ART) certification is preferred.
- Courses in medical terminology, human anatomy and physiology, and/or statistics is preferred.
