A Sales Manager is a professional who is responsible for the company's revenue stream. Reporting to the director of business development, this position will have a huge impact on the future of our company. He /She is also responsible for planning, implementing, and overseeing the company’s sales strategy.

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage company key accounts, hit sales targets and best utilization, and cross-sell by enabling new business lines.
- Design and implement a strategic sales plan that expands the company’s customer base and ensures its strong presence.
- Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs.
- Own recruiting, objectives setting, coaching, and performance monitoring of sales representatives.
- Map potential customers and generate leads for the organization.
- Maintaining and improving relationships with the client.
- Present sales & revenue reports and realistic forecasts to the management team.
- Build a good understanding of company technology and an in-depth understanding of its products and the associated markets.
- Quickly acquire knowledge about what customers need and how they view company products.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or related (equivalent experience)
- 5+ years of experience in managing sales in a corporate setting.

- Able to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Should be a team player who is able to collaborate with other departments effectively.
- Positive attitude, with the ability and desire to dive deep into issues and resolve them.
- Proven record of success with the entire sales process, from planning to closing

- Superb leadership ability
- Ability to travel
