_Responsibilities_
- Designing and implementing a strategic sales plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure its strong presence
- Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by understanding their needs
- Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management.
- Preparing estimations for quotations, bids or tenders.
- Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status, Motivation to work through busy shifts.
- Analyze details of sales territories to assess their growth potential and to set quotes
- Discuss design or technical features of products or services with technical personnel (production)
- Listen to and resolve, as much as possible, customer complaints regarding services, products or personnel
- Identify knowledge gaps within the team and develop plans for filling them
- Ensure that company sales targets are met by holding daily check-ins with sales team to set objectives and monitor progress
- Train new staff in-house as well as in the field, about the department product and procedures.
- Provide staff with assistance in performing difficult or complicated duties
- Monitor sales staff performance to ensure that goals are met.
- Attend company meetings to exchange product information and coordinate work activities with other departments
- Plan and prepare work schedules, and assign employees to specific sales duties
- Direct and supervise employees engaged in sales, reconciling invoices outstanding with collections.
- Visit retailers and customers to promote products and gather information.

Pay: ﷼6,000.00 - ﷼7,000.00 per month

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Sales Manager from Tiles, Granite and Marble Industry: 5 years (preferred)

**Language**:

- English (preferred)
