**Responsibilities**

As a Senior Sales Engineer, you’ll be responsible for:

- Forecasting sales and booking for the month.
- Reviewing standard sales contracts & reaching agreement with customers (payment, LC, warranty, etc.).
- Following approval process.
- Reviewing and submitting sales order to factory in coordination with Finance, Purchasing and Logistics.
- Following the payment terms guidelines and payment conditions as instructed by the Finance Department and assisting in collections.
- Participating in weekly/monthly meetings for sales review, aging and collection.
- Generating inquiries through market visits to contractors, consultants, retailers and dealers.
- Creating quotations in-line with the specifications.
- Performing Technical submittals and clarifications with order finalization in coordination with the sales manager.
- Ensuring proper invoicing is being issued by sales coordinators.
- Following up the delivery process with logistics.
- Following up the payment & collection terms in coordination with finance department.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor Degree in Mechanical Engineering
- 2-6 years of relevant experience in the same or similar industry
- Thorough knowledge of the market and A/C products
- Excellent communication and inter-personal skills
- Team player, excellent negotiations and Computer skills
- Proficiency in English and Arabic
