- **Job Location** - Saudi Arabia.**Minimum Requirements***:

- Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in chemical engineering or any relevant engineering.
- Minimum 10 years related experience in Oil & Gas, refinery, or Petrochemical industry.
- Minimum 5 Years of experience as a Shift Superintendent
- Petrochemical experience specific to Mixed feed cracker (MFC) - Steam Cracker or Polyethylene.
- To contribute relevant refinery and petrochemical industry operating experience and expertise to a challenging position that allows for growth.
- Maintenance project control or similar, and/or maintenance contract management
- Development of technical solutions in operational context
- Excellent client and stakeholder management skills.
- Leadership and people management skills.
- Ability to negotiate and influence.
