**Role Summary**:
To perform purchasing activity, which includes reviewing and floating RFP's, negotiation, PO issuing,
**Main Responsibilities**:
- Performs procurement support functions in accordance with company policies and procedures.
- Performs all procurement-related activity and planning, evaluation of proposals, and negotiation of contract terms and conditions and renewals.
- Ensures that products are delivered in a timely manner and that the quality of the goods received is satisfactory.
- Provide updates about procurement-related progress and potential delays daily to the direct manager.
- Prepares and issues requisitions and purchase orders, and agreements.
- Coordinates with all suppliers to ensure supply orders are provided in a timely manner.
- Maintains records of procurements and arranges calibrated Monthly/Quarterly/annually or as required.
- Perform additional tasks as assigned.
**Required Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Accounting, Finance or Law.
- Fresh graduate.
