Purchase Specialist

**Responsibilities**:
1. Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing suppliers while identifying new, reliable vendors to enhance our supply chain.
2. Skillfully negotiate terms, pricing, and contracts with suppliers to secure advantageous agreements.
3. Manage the end-to-end procurement process, from purchase requisition to order placement, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
4. Continuously analyze costs and identify opportunities for cost savings without compromising quality or service.
5. Collaborate with relevant departments to ensure the quality of goods and services meets our standards.
6. Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and new products to make informed purchasing decisions.
7. Maintain accurate records of purchases, contracts, and agreements, and ensure compliance with relevant regulations
**Qualifications**:
- Minimum of 3 years of proven experience as a Purchase Specialist or in a similar procurement role.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Strong negotiation skills and the ability to build and maintain effective vendor relationships.
- Proficient in using procurement software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
