**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve targets and increase market share.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, leveraging existing relationships and prospecting potential clients.
- Use a consultative sales approach to understand client needs and offer tailored solutions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders in the industry.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to stay informed about industry trends and developments.
- Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations to prospective clients.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven track record of success in sales, specifically in the freight forwarding and transportation industry.
- In-depth knowledge of the package/freight delivery industry and its key players.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong business acumen and ability to understand and analyze market trends and customer needs.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software.
