Job Title**:FEMALE Business Development Officer / Assistant (Restaurant Company)**

Starting salary**:SAR 8,000 - SAR 10,000** (Full package / All in)

**Responsibilities**:

- **Project Coordination**: Collaborate with internal teams (operations, marketing, design) to ensure a seamless pre-opening process, including timeline management, vendor coordination, and adherence to brand standards.
- **Pre-Launch Marketing Assistance**: Develop and execute local marketing and promotional strategies to generate excitement and build awareness for new restaurant openings.
- **Community Outreach**: Establish strong relationships with local communities, neighborhood organizations, and potential partners to foster a positive brand presence.
- **Partnership Development**: Cultivate relationships with key stakeholders in the real estate industry, including brokers, developers, and landlords. Negotiate lease agreements and secure favorable terms for new restaurant locations.
- **Market Research and Analysis**: Conduct thorough market research to identify potential new restaurant locations, including analysis of demographics, competition, and local regulations.
- **Site Selection**: Evaluate potential sites for new restaurant locations based on factors such as foot traffic, visibility, accessibility, and alignment with overall brand positioning.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-4 years of demonstrated experience in business development, preferably within the restaurant or hospitality industry. Experience in restaurant pre-opening processes is a significant advantage.
- Strong understanding of the local restaurant landscape, competitor dynamics, and consumer trends.
- Excellent interpersonal and networking skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with a variety of stakeholders.
- Proven ability to negotiate favorable terms and contracts.
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
