**What does the role?**:
The Business Developer for Elevators is responsible for gaining market share through the development of specifications with focus accounts and projects across the region. You will ensure the placement of Hilti’s products and solutions in standard and best practice documents, whilst owning and leading the conversion of specifications, for sustainable and profitable growth for Hilti, and our partners in the region.

**What does the role involve?**:
In this role you will be the primary Hilti contact and negotiator for the assigned regional and global key accounts. You are accountable for relationship management, value proposition delivery, technical seminars and on-site support related to these key accounts and you will lead the development and implementation of the strategy of the accounts assigned at both a local and regional level.

**What you need is**:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Mechanical, or Structural Engineering
- Strong knowledge of the Elevators business, minimum 3 years working experience in this field
- Successful experiences in working with large sales teams and a multi-channel business within a B2B environment
- Experience in developing and implementing a segment strategy, with high commercial awareness and competitive drive
- Evidence of acting as a strategic business partner through influencing and interacting with key stakeholders across a matrix organization.
- Proficiency in English - written and verbal along with effective communication skills, including the ability to structure clear presentations and to simplify a message A background of developing client-focused, differentiated, and achievable solutions **Why should you apply?**:
