- Qualification: Bachelor's Degree in Engineering / Diploma
- Branch of Qualification: Mechanical is preferable.
- Experience in Years: Minimum 10 years experience in Material / Store Management with the last 3 years as Project Control Manager.
- English Language (understand, read, write, speak)
- Highly required: Arabic Language (understand, read, write, speak)
- Preferable: Computer Skills (elementary, Microsoft Office, CAD, special)
- MS Office: Analytical Skill

**Role & Responsibilities**:

- Duties (basic elements of the job): (Whether - daily, weekly, monthly, annually, or randomly )
- Please use action verbs at the beginning of the sentence viz. analyze, gather, collect, plan, deliver, confirm, test, maintain, supervise, assemble, ensure, carry-out, install, negotiate, prepare, modify, improve, create, establish, conduct, develop, observe, make, prepare, arrange, calculate, complete, attend, amend, devise, etc.
- Main Manage Warehouse.
- Maintain Inventory control.
- Prepare Stock report.
- Carry-out Stores Accounting.
- Reconcile material purchased with Final BOQ.
- Ensure receipt of all material and assets on project completion/closure.
- Others Perform additional assignments per the direction of the Procurement Manager.
- Responsibilities and Accountabilities:

- Policy-making, sanctioning, mobilizing, determining, maximizing, accounting, following, acquiring, averting, executing, improving, value-adding, acquiring, resolving, reviewing, abiding, coordinating, supporting, etc.
- Storage and Preservation.
- Ensure Safe Material Handling.
- Coordinating Issue and Dispatch.
- Ensure Maintenance of Stock records.
- Adherence to Company procedures.
- Checking, controlling, evaluating, directing, guiding, participating, monitoring, anticipating, utilizing, assisting, advising, helping, meeting, interpreting, feedbacking, organizing, delegating, motivating, training etc.
- Ensure all material is stored as per requirement and recorded.
- Identifying training needs and providing training to Subordinates.
- Ensure store management software is effectively utilized.
