We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Full Stack Developer who is eager to continuously engage, can understand the changing environment of the construction and engineering industry as it taps into the digital/virtual world. Has a good understanding of digital technology, their processes and how they add value. As a Solutions Architect, you will be responsible in the execution of technology solutions to fit with client needs and identified outcomes. This position requires you to creatively leverage new and innovative technologies and successfully implement solutions for our external clients and our business. You will be responsible for the delivery of professional services including business analysis and recommending solutions to complex strategic objectives.

**Your new role, what's involved?**
- Represent Technology Strategy & Architecture in programs/initiatives.
- Provide technical recommendations and trade-offs which address business needs and timelines.
- Participate in cross-functional, cross-discipline architecture teams to enhance/set architectural direction for key business initiatives.
- Produce conceptual and logical architectures to meet strategic business, financial, and technology objectives through documentation of systems, architectures, and process flows.
- Ensure alignment of initiative solutions designs with the architecture and technology strategies.
- Develop standards, patterns, and best practices for reuse.
- Collaborate with external stakeholders’ project teams to gather functional and non-functional requirements and identify business requirements.
- Work with business lines teams on third-party libraries and integrate software components into a fully functional software system.
- Analyze the current state of the system and identify areas for improvement.
- Design, develop, and test the architecture and integration of software, hardware, and infrastructure components.
- Ensure that the solutions meet the functional and non-functional requirements, such as performance, security, scalability, and reliability.
- Document and communicate the architecture and design decisions to the relevant parties.
- Research and evaluate new technologies and best practices and recommending appropriate solutions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues that arise during the development or deployment of the solutions.
- Develop storyboards, wireframes, mockups, and simple prototypes, into real solutions.
- Recommend and design the project framework including system, technical and security architecture.
- Help to develop design specifications and proof of concept solutions in response to business needs.
- Communicate verbally and in writing with technical and non-technical cross-functional teams.
- Perform multi-disciplinary research in IT, System Architecture, design, development, and deployment.
- Support complex systems, including networks, systems, servers, endpoints, and hardware/software.
- Works on multiple Digital Innovation projects from initiation to completion.
- Communicate with Digital/BIM and Project stakeholders, including IT managers.
- Interact with users to understand business processes and gather user requirements comprehensively.
- Drafting/reviewing systems specifications, adhering to functional requirements.
- Conducting comprehensive systems testing to ensure bug-free programs.
- Liaising and communicating the agreed requirements to outsourcers.
- Prepare Digital project specific Technical Requirement Specs.
- Perform Coding (where required) / Testing / Implementation.
- Prepare and/or review Approved Test Plan/ Test Specs Perform Quality Review for Implementations.
- Prepare Training Material and conduct User training.
- Resolve rollout issues, providing swift resolutions to problems.
- Manage the development of the software developed by a software partner.
- Resolve Interface issues between the different used Platforms,
- Support in ensuring reliability and maintainability of an enterprise software solution.
- Explore innovative technologies and evaluate their relevance.
- Conceptualize the usage of modern technology and adapt to enhance its product value.
- Reporting to the Line Manager in a structured manner.
