**Main Responsibilities and Duties**:

- Ensure the implementation and promotion of a Health and safety culture across company through the provision and implementing Health and safety policies and procedures, including risk assessment, accident prevention, health initiatives and acknowledged personal responsibility.
- Provide all required support and guidance for the HSE team to ensure transfer of knowledge, the proper utilization of human resources, and achieve the planned performance.
- coordinate with operation and other departments to deliver comprehensive Health and Safety training to promote, develop and sustain a positive Health and Safety awareness culture.
- Provide appropriate risk assessment methodology to comply with legislation and ensure all potential risks are identified and control measures implemented and monitored.
- Contribute to the development of safety programs and ensures the availability of safety manuals, hazardous area instructions, safety materials, safety publications and posters.
- Handle safety assessments and deploy corrective measures to minimize hazard / risk profile.
- Participate in conducting safety audits both internal and external.
- Preparing all requested reports including but not limited to (Monthly, weekly and required registers).
- Attend the weekly meetings with HSE staff and other departments.
- Conduct inspections/reviews to assess compliance to company and international codes and standards, identify safety concerns, formulate solutions, and develop practical and cost-effective corrective actions.
- Identify, evaluate, recommend actions, and follow up on critical, yet universal safety tasks and control methodologies related to operational safety practices (e.g., work at height, isolation/LOTO, permit to work, hydrogen sulfide, confined space entry).
- Respond to emergency situations and incidents, either during or after regular working hours, to provide technical assistance and advice.
- Support the reporting, classification and investigation all incidents, and participating in incident investigations, determination of root causes, and proper recommendations to prevent recurrence
- Utilize key performance indicators (KPI) in monitoring, measuring and evaluating safety and health performance in project
- Keep up to date with changes in current legislation and implement these changes
- carry out analysis for HSE statistics, identifying the positive and negative points to suggesting improvement plans.
- Making sure of company compliance with the local environmental laws and (ISO 14001)
- Follow-up on the implementation of the environmental management system in the organization to maintain the non-depletion of environmental resources through, for example but not limited implementation of the waste recycling process
- Monitor the HSE performance and practices to ensure Companies operations and plant assets are operating safely and in accordance with the HSE standards, policies and procedures.
- Ensuring Health and safety standards & management systems are in place for the organization and working site and implementing ISO: 45001 HSE management system.

**Skills**:
