As the Rotating Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring efficient and reliable operation of rotating equipment, including turbines, pumps, and compressors, while also providing technical support to on-site maintenance and operations teams. **Responsibilities**:

- Oversee the operations of rotating equipment and maintain reliable machines to reduce downtime and improve production quality.
- Work within the on-site maintenance and operations teams to provide technical guidance during overhauls, shutdowns, and startups for rotating equipment.
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance plans to improve performance and reduce unexpected breakdowns.
- Develop and maintain up-to-date documentation related to the rotating equipment maintenance program, including procedures, work instructions, and maintenance reports.
- Participate in root cause analysis to identify and troubleshoot rotating equipment failures and develop solutions to avoid future occurrences.
- Conduct technical audits on rotating equipment and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency and reliability.
- Cooperate with the procurement team to ensure the adequate supply of spare parts and maintenance materials.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
- At least 7 years of hands-on experience in operation and maintenance of rotating equipment in Oil & Gas or relevant industries.
- Strong knowledge of rotating equipment principles and design, including turbines, pumps, and compressors.
- Experience in health, safety, and environment (HSE) policies and practices to ensure the safe operation of rotating equipment.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to interact effectively with maintenance and operations teams, as well as with third-party suppliers.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and pressures, multitasking, and problem-solving in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational and computer skills, with knowledge in AutoCAD, SAP, and CMMS platforms.
