We are currently seeking dedicated and compassionate Psychologists to join our team. As a Psychologist at Al Borg Diagnostics, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality psychology services to our patients. You will conduct assessments, create treatment plans, and implement evidence-based interventions to help individuals address mental health issues and improve their overall well-being.
**Responsibilities**:
- Assess and evaluate patients' mental health needs through interviews, observations, and psychological tests.
- Diagnose psychological, emotional, and behavioral disorders based on assessment findings.
- Create and implement individualized treatment plans, utilizing evidence-based interventions and therapies.
- Provide counseling and psychotherapy to individuals, couples, families, and groups.
- Monitor and evaluate the progress of patients and adjust treatment plans as needed.
- Document patient information, treatment plans, and progress using electronic medical records (EMR) systems.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, such as psychiatrists, social workers, and nurses, to ensure holistic patient care.
- Stay up-to-date with advancements in the field of psychology and participate in continued education and professional development opportunities.
**Requirements**:
- Master's degree or higher in Psychology or a related field.
- Licensure or certification as a Psychologist from SCFHS is a must
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in clinical or counseling psychology.
- Experience in conducting psychological assessments and creating treatment plans.
- Knowledge of evidence-based interventions and therapies.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
- Proficiency in using electronic medical records (EMR) systems.
- Fluency in English and Arabic.
- Compassionate and empathetic approach to patient care.
