**POSITION: SALES ENGINEER (Full Time Position)**
**LOCATION: CITY: JEDDAH -REGION: WESTERN- KSA**
**BRIEF JOB DESCRIPTION**:
- Presentable and proper attire required during work hours.
- Responsible for sales planning and processes (Prospecting, qualifying prospect as potential customer, seeking RFQs, proposal submission, follow up quotations, Negotiations, closing deals winning orders, marketing intelligence reporting loss sales reports, processing orders, delivery & acceptance, and payment collections).
- Reporting: Prepares and submit weekly sales planning and sales reports weekly and monthly in company provided format.
- Follow up and update the quotations status in sales pipeline (quotation log) and update in system.
- Prepare and execute sales plan to achieve sales targets Revenue and Income.
- Submit sales forecast orders in hand + hot deals with high probability of winning orders and billing timeline.
- Share market intelligence in sales reports, competitors’ offerings, lost sales, new strategies etc.
- Serves customers by identifying their needs and engineering adaptations of products, equipment, and services.
- Maintains relationship with existing accounts and establishes new accounts and services by identifying potential customers and planning and organizing sales calls schedule.
- Follow ups and Gains customer acceptance by explaining or demonstrating cost reductions, operations improvements, feature, advantages, and benefits to customer.
- Serves customers by identifying their needs and engineering adaptations of products, equipment, and services.
- Provides product, service, or equipment technical and engineering information by answering questions and requests. (Product trainings will be provided by company)
- Arrange the acceptance of sales order delivery and acceptance and follow up for the payments as per agreed payment terms.
- Sales Targets Reporting Summary in below mention table will be used for reporting and performance reviews.
**EDUCATIONAL AND EXPERIENCE QUALIFICATION**:
- Bachelor/ Diploma Degree in Mechanical Engineer or any related field or Bachelors/Masters in Business administration with relevant Field Sales experience.
- 3- 5 years of experience in Field Sales of Industrial products and equipment.
- Good communication skills in English.
- Good knowledge of ERP System and Microsoft Excel.
- Own a car and Valid Driver license.
