- **Sales Training**: Train and develop the sales team to improve skills, increase productivity, and close deals effectively.
- **Reporting**: Track sales metrics, forecast revenue, and report performance to the executive team.

**Requirements**:

- Saudi
- Minimum 3 years experience in sales management in insurance industry.
- Very good knowledge in insurance products
- Presentable & good communicator.
- Package: 12,000 - 15,000
