.**As a B2C Sales Manager, your primary responsibility will be driving sales growth and achieving revenue targets by effectively managing the sales team and implementing strategic sales initiatives. You will be responsible for overseeing the sales process, building, and maintaining relationships with customers, and ensuring customer satisfaction.**
- **Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth in the B2C sector.
- Set sales targets and motivate the sales team to achieve and exceed them.
- Monitor sales performance, analyze sales data, and generate reports to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and customers.
- Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to expand the customer base.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify potential challenges and opportunities.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to develop effective sales and promotional materials.
- Provide training, coaching, and guidance to the sales team to enhance their skills and performance.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to team members.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by addressing customer concerns and resolving issues in a timely manner.
- Extensive experience in clothing brands as a sales manager.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a sales Manager or in a similar sales leadership role, preferably in the B2C sector.
- Strong track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Knowledge of market trends and customer preferences in the B2C sector.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales-related tools.
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (preferred)
