The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales strategies, expanding our market presence, and achieving sales targets in the IT and analytics solutions domain. You will play a key role in building relationships with key clients and stakeholders, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions that enhance their business operations. **Key Responsibilities**: - Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base. - Lead nationwide sales team members to achieve sales targets. - Establish productive and professional relationships with key personnel in assigned customer accounts. - Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits. - Monitor and analyze performance metrics and suggest improvements. - Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual sales forecasts. - Perform research and identify new potential customers and new market opportunities. - Provide timely and effective solutions aligned with clients’ needs. - Liaise with Marketing and Product Development departments to ensure brand consistency. - Stay up-to-date with new product launches and ensure sales team members are on board. **Requirements**: - Proven work experience as an IT Sales Manager or similar role. - Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics in the IT sector. - Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. - Excellent mentoring, coaching, and people management skills. - Ability to communicate, present, and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization. - Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close. - Strong business sense and industry expertise. - Excellent negotiation skills and the ability to resolve issues and address complaints. - Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, IT, or a related field. **What We Offer**: - Competitive salary and benefits. - Opportunities for professional growth and advancement. - Dynamic and supportive work environment. - Exposure to innovative IT solutions and markets.
